Aseptic Banana Puree

Description

The puree is obtained from ripe bananas of Costa Rica and it is practically free from seeds. In the process max of 0.5% lemon juice concentrate is added for pH-adjustment and ascorbic acid for stabilizing color. The puree is subjected to a heat process, to acquire a high quality aseptic banana puree.
